Lets talk about Starbucks Tea...

As I had promised to give some updates and also share about my knowledge about Starbucks. As we all know Starbucks sells coffee but also they have teas. Teas have always been part of Starbucks. The very first location to have teas was store at Pike Place Market. Starbucks used to sell Tazo tea for long time and with the time they decide to bring High quality of Tea made by Teavana.
High quality Teavana teas are made from the Camellia sinensis plants finest hand picked buds and whole tealeaves. There are four major types of tea, which are Black, white, green and oolong. At moment Starbucks serves three out of four tea type and also some of herbal tea. Lets see some of the teas which Starbucks offers in Canada.

1.     Royal English Breakfast:

This is a black tea and has 40+ mg of caffeine per 8 fl oz.

2.    Oprah Chai:

Oprah chai is black tea with Rooibos. This type of tea has 25mg of caffine per 8 fl oz.

3.    Earl Grey:

Black tea which has 40+ mg of caffeine per 8 fl oz.

4.    Emperor’s Cloud and Mist:

Green tea with 15 mg of caffeine per 8 fl oz.

5.    Jade Citrus Mint:

15 mg of caffeine per 8 fl oz. This is lemon grass green Tea.

6.    Youthberry:

This is white tea which gets its youth blush from acai berry, hibiscus and rose petals. Candied pineapple and mango pieces mingle with decious apple blended in this tea. It has 15 mg of caffeine per 8 fl oz

7.    Mint Majesty:

Herbal tea with spearmint and peppermint blended with a hint of lemon verbena. This is a caffeine free tea.

8.    Passion Tango

Passion tango combines the juicy tartness of hibiscus and apple with citric lemon grass, creating an base. Cinnamon adds spicy sweet notes to prefect touch to it

9.    Peach Tranquility

Herbal tea which has apple, pineapple, peach pieces, rosehips, chamomile and lemon verbena.
